The Team Membership is the next step in your wellness journey. An online group-coaching program that supports healthy aging, enhances cognitive agility and will improve your lifestyle to age successfully.
Each month includes three workouts per week, nutrition and self-care tips, inspiration, motivation, and accountability. We have one group 30min meeting per month (via online video meeting) to check in and reevaluate monthly goals if needed. We will use email and text for weekly communication.
